Traceability system

Together with the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system, Zapè has introduced an “INTRANET” system that allows us to track production and ensure the traceability of the raw materials used at every stage of production.

How does it work? 

The check and identification of material is made upon receipt.

We identify it with a label containing the material description, heat number, supplier, and serial number.

This information will follow the material throughout the production process, being entered into the machines during production, until it reaches the finished product. 

The label will contain all the information relating to the customer's order and the raw materials used.

This allows us, upon customer request, to send the relevant certification along with the material.
